Beverly Leech (born 23 May 1959; age 59) is the actress who played Dayla, a female Kraylor, in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Nightingale". She also voiced the character Yraxys in the 2001 video game Star Trek: Away Team.
Leech was born as Beverly Ann Leech in Paris, Texas. She was discovered by a talent scout and became a semi-finalist on the second season of the talent show Star Search in the category actor/actress in 1984-1985. Since 1999, she has been married to actor and writer Christian J. Meoli. Leech has a daughter from a previous marriage. She studied stage acting under the famous acting coach Stella Adler and is well known for her extensive resume of stage plays.
In 1988 she played Bianca Torres, a recurring character, in the soap Days of Our Lives and between 1987 and 1990 she portrayed Sergeant Kate Monday in several episodes of the crime/comedy series Mathnet.
