Beta Wiltz III was the third planet in the Beta Wiltz system. It was a planet in or near Federation space.

In 2328 the SS Manila made a stopover at Beta Wiltz III. This information was part of a commercial passenger manifest database recorded in Federation records reviewed by Data in 2370. (TNG: "Inheritance")

This planet only appeared mentioned in an okudagram on a viewscreen visible in freeze frame. It was named for camera and electrical department member Murphy Wiltz.
