Bertrand Roberson, Jr. (born 20 August 1987; age 36) is an actor who appeared as a Starfleet cadet in Star Trek. [1]

Roberson was born in Los Angeles, California, to a military family. He studied acting at the Fort Bragg Center of the Arts in California. In addition to acting, Roberson is also skilled in multiple sports and forms of dance.

Roberson can be seen as a dancer in Stomp the Yard (2007). He also had a supporting role in the 2008 film Profile. In addition, he appeared in InAlienable, written by and starring Star Trek: The Original Series actor Walter Koenig. Also starring in this film were fellow Star Trek alumni Erick Avari, Gary Graham, Richard Herd, J.G. Hertzler, Andrew Koenig, Judy Levitt, Courtney Peldon, Alan Ruck, and Marina Sirtis.

Roberson played a soldier in Cloverfield (2009), which was produced by Star Trek (2009) director and producer J.J. Abrams. Roberson's other film projects include Machete, Necessary Evil, and Dockweiler. He has also appeared in multiple TV commercials, print advertisements, and music videos.
