Beer
A beer or ale is any alcoholic beverage produced by the fermentation of starches, which are not distilled afterwards. The production of beer and some other alcoholic beverages is often done in a brewery.
In 1986, time traveler James T. Kirk tried a beer at a San Francisco area pizza restaurant. It was a Michelob. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)
In 2151, Jonathan Archer, Charles Tucker III, and Malcolm Reed toasted the successful installation of Enterprise NX-01's phase cannons with a round of beer. (ENT: "Silent Enemy")
