Beau Lotterman (born 10 December 1940; age 83) is an actor who played a Klingon High Council member in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "Redemption". He filmed his scenes for this episode on Monday 15 April 1991 on Paramount Stage 16. Following his role in The Next Generation, Lotterman appeared as a Vulcan delegate in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.

Lotterman was born in Hollywood, California and attended the Los Angeles High School until 1958. He graduated from the West Los Angeles City College in 1972 with degrees in Theater Arts, Graphic Arts, and secondary education. In 1974 he graduated from California State University, Northridge in Multi Media Design and Secondary Education. Lotterman also served in the US Army in the 1960s.

Since 1987 he has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild and AFTRA and is working as actor, assistant director, and screen writer. Beside his work on Star Trek, he also worked on episodes of Hunter, The Flash, History's Mysteries, and Murder One (1995, with Daniel Benzali, John Fleck, Richard McGonagle, Barbara Bosson, Randy Oglesby, Barry Kivel, Stanley Kamel, Miriam Flynn, Adam Scott, Ned Vaughn, Uriah Carr, Nicolas Surovy, Renata Scott, Robert Pine, Gregory Itzin, casting by Junie Lowry-Johnson, and produced by Marc Buckland).

From the late 1980s he also appeared in several feature films, mostly as military characters or cops.
