The building still exists, but has been converted into a Hilton hotel. Currently it is also obscured from the intersection from which it was seen due to the erection of new buildings inbetween.

The Embarcadero Center was a building complex of office skyscrapers and hotels, close to the Communications Research Center and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Building.

At least part of the Embarcadero Center still seemed to exist in 2259 of the alternate reality, although the buildings closest to the San Francisco Ferry Building appeared to have been replaced by a newer, much taller skyscraper. (Star Trek Into Darkness)

One Embarcadero Center was also still around in 2404 of an alternate timeline. (VOY: "Endgame")

Two other buildings in the complex, Embarcadero West and Le Méridien San Francisco, have not appeared in a Star Trek production.

By 1986, Fort Mason no longer had a military function; it houses instead a large number of cultural and social institutions. In the picture provided here, the white building in the center of the image is the San Francisco Fire Department Pumping Station #2. The red-roofed building on the extreme right is a small part of the building complex that now houses the Fort Mason Center.

In an alternate timeline, the complex still existed in the early 25th century. (VOY: "Endgame")

Since that timeline diverged in 2378, it presumably still existed at that time in the main timeline as well.
This complex consisted of four skyscrapers - VistaNorth, VistaSouth, VistaEast, and VistaWest - that towered over the townhomes.

This island was first seen in the director's edition of Star Trek: The Motion Picture. In the alternate reality, the bridge wasn't on the map, implying that something had happened to the bridge since the 2150s when it was last seen in "Affliction", and that in the 2250s that Yerba Buena Island wasn't connected to the rest of the bay by ground traffic.

Background information[]

Furthermore, Hoyt Street was referenced on a pawn ticket prop for Feinberg's Loan and Pawn that appears to have not been seen on screen. According to the ticket, the address for the shop was 180 Hoyt Street. In the movie the shop entrance is shown to be on Columbus Avenue (both the actual filming location and identified as such by signage).

A building that was unlabeled in Star Trek Into Darkness was labeled Menom in an early render.
