The Barzai was a Denobulan medical ship that was in service in the latter half of the 22nd century.

In 2154, Arik Soong and a group of Augments hijacked the Barzai by transmitting a false distress signal. Using the Barzai, Soong and the Augments were able to gain access to Cold Station 12, where Soong stole the remaining Augment embryos being kept in stasis on the station. (ENT: "Cold Station 12")

Later, Soong, on board a stolen Klingon Bird-of-Prey, jettisoned the Barzai, along with the ship's pilot, into the atmosphere of a gas giant, where the ship became trapped between two thermal layers, forcing Enterprise to break off their pursuit of the Bird-of-Prey and mount a rescue. (ENT: "The Augments")

The Barzai was a new CGI model designed by John Eaves; [1] its bridge was a redress of the Xindi-Reptilian warship.
