Barbara Lampson (26 May 19277 October 2003; age 76) was a hair stylist who worked on several episodes of the third season of Star Trek: The Next Generation. In 1990 she received an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series for her work on the episode "Hollow Pursuits" which she shared with hair designer Vivian McAteer and hair stylist Rita Bellissimo.

Lampson received another Emmy Award nomination in 1991 for Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling for a Miniseries or a Special for her work on the television mini-series Lucky Chances, shared with Carolyn L. Elias. She started to work as a hair stylist in the 1960s on projects such as the comedy Move Over, Darling (1963), Send Me No Flowers (1964), and The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet (1959-1966). The following years, Lampson worked as personal hair stylist for actress Doris Day on most of her projects including The Glass Bottom Boat (1966), The Ballad of Josie (1967), Caprice (1967), and With Six You Get Eggroll (1968), the television special The Doris Mary Anne Kapplehoff Special (1971), and The Doris Day Show (1968-1973).

Further credits as hair stylist include Brenda Starr (1976), A Star Is Born (1976), Love Is Forever (1983), Footloose (1984), Cloak & Dagger (1984), Secret Admirer (1985), Blood & Orchids (1986), the television series Mike Hammer (1986-1987), the television drama Daughter of the Streets (1990), and the adventure Far and Away (1992).
