Barbara Anderson (born 27 November 1945; age 78) appeared as Lenore Karidian in the Star Trek: The Original Series first season episode "The Conscience of the King".

She filmed her scenes between Tuesday 13 September 1966 and Friday 16 September 1966, and on Tuesday 20 September 1966 at Desilu Stage 9 and Stage 10.

She is best known to Ironside fans as the blonde policewoman, Eve Whitfield. She also played Mimi Davis in seven episodes of Mission: Impossible in 1972. One episode, entitled "Cocaine", reunited her with her Trek co-star William Shatner, and also featured Charles Napier. Anderson and John Colicos guest-starred in the pilot episode of the Desilu (and later Paramount) TV series Mannix, which costarred Joseph Campanella.

She worked steadily in made-for-TV movies, TV series, and TV guest roles through the late sixties and into the seventies. One of her TV movies was Visions... (also known as Visions of Death, 1972), with Monte Markham and Tim O'Connor. But her acting career was essentially over by 1978. She returned only a few times after that, the last time in ER in an episode entitled "Under the Influence" in 2007.

When she wasn't acting in the '80s and '90s, she worked frequently as a costume designer for a number of B-movies. While attending college, Anderson was voted Miss Memphis and came within a half a vote of being Miss Tennessee in the Miss America pageant before moving to Hollywood. In her first season on Ironside as officer Eve Whitfield, Anderson won an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a TV Series.
