List of Empok Nor personnel.

Midwife []

Bajoran midwife

A Bajoran midwife

The Bajoran midwife tended to Mika when she gave birth while on Empok Nor. She delivered the Bajoran woman's half-Cardassian child. Dukat proclaimed that the child was transformed by the Pah-wraiths as a symbol of his covenant with his followers. In fact, Dukat had simply had a one-night affair with Mika. (DS9: "Covenant")

The midwife was played by Miriam Flynn.

Pah-wraith followers []

These Pah-wraith followers were members of a Cult of the Pah-wraiths.

Some of them visited Deep Space 9 in 2375 and prayed for the Pah-wraiths on the Promenade in front of the Bajoran shrine. (DS9: "Image in the Sand")

They chose Dukat as their leader. They found shelter on the abandoned outpost Empok Nor in 2375 and were willing to commit suicide before Kira Nerys exposed Dukat as a fraud. (DS9: "Covenant")

These Bajorans were played by background performers, who received no credit for their appearance.
Several earrings and armbands worn by them were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

Third Battalion soldiers []

These Cardassian soldiers were members of the First Order, Third Battalion.

In the 2370s, they were assigned to Empok Nor to serve as test subjects for psychotropic drugs to enhance the Cardassians' natural xenophobia, and presumably further motivate Cardassian troops. The test was apparently a failure as the soldiers soon became far too aggressive to control. When the Cardassians abandoned Empok Nor in early 2373, three of these soldiers were left behind in stasis tubes, though two lived, the third soldier died at some point in the following months when his stasis tube failed, which indicated that the glass door was broken by a piece of debris.

When a Starfleet salvage team from Deep Space 9 arrived at Empok Nor late that same year, a security program revived the soldiers, who proceeded to kill officers Pechetti, Stolzoff, and Boq'ta before they were killed by Elim Garak. (DS9: "Empok Nor")

The two Cardassian soldiers who were played by regular stunt actors neither received on-screen credit for their appearances.
The non-canon Star Trek Customizable Card Game gives the character played by Tom Morga the name Jerax.
