Engineers []

These two engineers transported cargo and crates by using an anti-grav sled on the Promenade of Deep Space 9 in 2370. They were passed by Miles O'Brien who headed for his runabout to start his vacation with his wife. (DS9: "Tribunal")

These two actors appeared in scene 3 of the episode.
This episode marks Bill Blair's very first on-screen appearance in a Star Trek production which he filmed on 6 April 1994.

Female deputy 1 []

This female deputy guarded Arissa in the security office after Odo found the remains of Tauvid Rem. (DS9: "A Simple Investigation")

She passed Quark's several timeson the Promenade while Jadzia Dax, Kira Nerys, Miles O'Brien, and Julian Bashir talked about the "duty" aboard a starship of the Klingon Defense Force. (DS9: "Soldiers of the Empire")

She guarded the auction in Quark's in 2373. (DS9: "In the Cards")

She was one of the Bajoran deputies who assisted the civilians and Bajoran Militia personnel to board a transport to Bajor when most of the station residents left due to the forthcoming Dominion attack. (DS9: "Call to Arms")

She assisted Odo in guarding the Bajoran temple on the Promenade and witnessed the death of Vedek Yassim who hang herself from the upper level of the Promenade. (DS9: "Rocks and Shoals")

She was one of the deputies who secured Quark's after a brawl between Cardassians and Jem'Hadar ended in the death of two Cardassians. Later, she stood guard outside the security office on the Promenade when the Female Changeling visited Odo in the security office and when Kira Nerys tried to warn Rom from in front of the directory as he was detected to sabotage the station's power grid. (DS9: "Behind the Lines")

She was one of four Bajoran deputies who accompanied Odo into a cargo bay where they overwhelmed several Jem'Hadar soldiers and rescued Kira Nerys and Rom. Then they escorted Kira and Rom to the station's computer core to deactivate it. When the Starfleet personnel came back aboard the station and the Dominion and Cardassian forces were defeated, she came out of the security office to watch the Bajoran and civilian residents welcome Starfleet back. (DS9: "Sacrifice of Angels")

In 2374 she assisted Constable Odo and arrested Larell. She was instructed by Odo to take her into a holding cell. (DS9: "Who Mourns for Morn?")

The same year she visited the Promenade shortly before Major Kira experienced the Orb of Time. (DS9: "Wrongs Darker Than Death or Night")

She guarded the Promenade during the maintenance work of Chief O'Brien and his crew. (DS9: "Treachery, Faith and the Great River")

She appeared as a guard for the murderer of Hector Ilario in a daydream Ezri Dax experienced in 2375. (DS9: "Field of Fire")

She was on the Promenade when the Changeling Laas transformed himself into fog and started a discussion with two Klingons. During the following fight she tried to calm down the spectators. (DS9: "Chimera")

Together with another deputy she brought the Orb of Prophecy and Change to Kai Winn's quarters aboard Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Strange Bedfellows")

This female Bajoran security deputy and another deputy guarded the Cardassian agent Raymond Boone into the infirmary to prove his true identity. (DS9: "Tribunal")

This Bajoran deputy was played by background actress Susan McNabb who received no credit for her appearance.
McNabb was scheduled to portray this deputy in the second season episode "Sanctuary" where she should have been one of two deputies guarding the Skrreeans aboard their transport. She is listed on the call sheet for the fourth day of filming, Thursday 14 October 1993, but was replaced by an unknown actor in the final episode.

A Bajoran security deputy

This female Bajoran security deputy was instructed by Odo in his security office shortly before an Idanian operative disrupted the situation. (DS9: "A Simple Investigation")

Following the passing of the Dominion convoy through the Bajoran wormhole, she patroled on the Promenade and passed the security office while Kira Nerys talked to Odo. Later, she was among the Bajoran deputies and Starfleet personnel who guided the Bajoran Militia personnel and the civilians to the transport heading to Bajor due to the forthcoming attack of the Dominion on the station. (DS9: "Call to Arms")

She remained aboard the station during the Dominion occupation of Deep Space 9 and crossed the Promenade a few times wearing her uniform though no Bajoran personnel was allowed to work in security. (DS9: "A Time to Stand") She also visited Quark's occasionally. (DS9: "Sons and Daughters")

She was one of the deputies who secured the area at Quark's after a brawl between Cardassians and Jem'Hadar resulted in two Cardassian casualties. (DS9: "Behind the Lines")

Together with another deputy she walked along the Promenade when Odo passed her trying to get a hold of Major Kira. (DS9: "Favor the Bold")

She was among the Bajoran and civilian residents of Deep Space 9 who welcomed Starfleet back aboard the station after they defeated the Cardassian and Dominion alliance and took back Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Sacrifice of Angels")

This security deputy was played by regular background actress Maria Dykstra who received no credit for her appearances.

Off duty, she was one of the Bajorans told by Li Nalas to calm down and leave the space aboard the runabouts to non-Bajorans during the evacuation of the station. (DS9: "The Siege")

Together with man who held his arm around her, she entered Quark's on the second level while Quark, Rom, Leeta, Garak, and Ziyal discussed about the proper wedding dress for Leeta. Later, she was among the civilians and Bajoran Militia personnel who boarded a transport to Bajor due to the forthcoming Dominion attack on the station. (DS9: "Call to Arms")

She was back on the station during the occupation and dressed in a civilian outfit when she passed the security office on the Promenade. (DS9: "Behind the Lines")

This female officer passed Tiron at the Replimat when Major Kira told him Odo was her lover. Later, she was sitting in Quark's and talking to a female Starfleet officer when Tiron went down from the second level to talk to Quark about his "special holo-program". (DS9: "Meridian")

Off duty she stood at one of the large windows at the upper level of the Promenade and watched the fifth Dominion convoy pass the Bajoran wormhole. (DS9: "Call to Arms")

She remained on the station following the takeover by the Dominion and went off duty shopping on the Promenade where she also ran a small shop with fragrances. (DS9: "A Time to Stand")

This Bajoran officer was played by regular background actress and stand-in Faye Barge who received no credit for her appearances.

These three crew members served under Colonel Kira Nerys in 2381. (LD: "Hear All, Trust Nothing")

Maintenance engineer []

This maintenance engineer was reported missing by Odo following the arrival of the Dominion invasion fleet in the Alpha Quadrant in 2373. Major Kira Nerys suggested that he was perhaps a Changeling infiltrator who sabotaged their attempt to seal the Bajoran wormhole, when in fact, his disappearance and presumed death was an attempt by the real infiltrator to divert the crew's attention else where as he worked to create a bomb to destroy the Bajoran sun. The infiltrator, who was posing as Julian Bashir encouraged such efforts by first suggesting the presence of a Changeling, and offered the opinion that said Changeling was either gone or assumed a new identity, after having posed as this engineer. (DS9: "By Inferno's Light")

He assisted Constable Odo in arresting a Markalian looter shortly after Commander Sisko came aboard the station. (DS9: "Emissary")

He passed Quark's shortly before he arrested Jake Sisko and Nog because of their trick with the Garanian bolites. Later he guarded the security office on the Promenade when the angry mob hunted down Constable Odo. (DS9: "A Man Alone")

He was knocked down by the Duras sisters when he tried to take their weapons. Later he arrested the terrorist Tahna Los. (DS9: "Past Prologue")

He responded to Odo's call for security after the constable held Tosk in a force field. After the constable lowered the force fields, he arrested Tosk and escorted him to a holding cell. (DS9: "Captive Pursuit")

Together with Odo he watched several alien bidders walking towards Quark's and had a skeptical eye for Vash when she visited the Promenade. (DS9: "Q-Less")

He was part of the security team which arrested Ilon Tandro, Selin Peers, and two Klaestron officers after they tried to kidnap Lieutenant Jadzia Dax. (DS9: "Dax")

This male deputy drew his weapon on Lursa and B'Etor who, after arriving on the station, refused to surrender their weapons. They attacked his partner when he tried to disarm them. (DS9: "Past Prologue")

A few days later he passed Lieutenant Jadzia Dax and Major Kira Nerys on the Promenade, smiling at Dax. (DS9: "Babel")

This Bajoran deputy was played by Richard Ryder. He was credited as "Bajoran Deputy".
The script for the episode "Babel" wrote that he said "Lieutenant Dax" when he smiled, but this was not spoken in the final episode.

This male deputy accompanied Major Kira Nerys to the surface of the Bajoran moon Jerrado to assist her in removing the farmers Mullibok, Baltrim, and Keena by force. He was ordered to pack their clothes if they were not in their cottage. A few minutes later he returned alongside the other security officer and the two frightened but forceful Baltrim and Keena. Baltrim previously stabbed him with a farm tool in his edge and he was bleeding.

During the following struggle with Mullibok, who attacked the other deputy, this Bajoran deputy shot Mullibok with his Bajoran phaser. The shocked major shouted at him to get back to the runabout and call Doctor Bashir. (DS9: "Progress")

This male deputy was one of the two who assisted Major Kira in evacuating the last few settlers from Jerrado in 2369 by force. During the evacuation he was attacked by Mullibok and strangled before the Bajoran farmer knocked him to the ground. (DS9: "Progress")

This male deputy served as a bodyguard for Quark in sickbay after the Ferengi was attacked in his bar. Trazko, the Bajoran who tried to kill Quark, visited the unconscious Ferengi in the Infirmary with flowers and stabbed this deputy with a knife. (DS9: "Necessary Evil")

This male deputy was stationed aboard Deep Space 9 in the 2370s.

He arrested Bo'rak, a drunken Klingon, shortly before the Romulan delegation came aboard Deep Space 9. Because of O'Brien's warnings from the future, he stood guard in Quark's and was present when the three Klingon Intelligence officers started a brawl with the Romulans. He arrested them and guarded the brig. In the alternate future, experienced by O'Brien, he boarded one of the runabouts during the evacuation of Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Visionary")

He was one of the two deputies who escorted Garak to Odo's security office after his tailor shop exploded. (DS9: "Improbable Cause")

He returned to the station with the same transport used by Lieutenant Commander Worf in 2372. Later he had a drink in Quark's when the red alert signal resounded and fought against the Klingon boarding party on the Promenade. (DS9: "The Way of the Warrior")

He visited Quark's when the red alert signal started and was present on the Promenade when the Klingons boarding Deep Space 9 in 2372. He was able to shoot three Klingon invaders together with another Bajoran security deputy. (DS9: "The Way of the Warrior")

He was one of the deputies who tried to arrest Kurn. (DS9: "Sons of Mogh")

This deputy escorted Jeyal to the security office shortly after he arrived on the station. Later, he participated in the Tavnian wedding ceremony between Odo and Lwaxana Troi. (DS9: "The Muse")

He arrested Arissa who broke into the station's computer and reported it to Odo. He left the security office and gave Odo a PADD with the charges. (DS9: "A Simple Investigation")

He was standing guard outside of a cargo bay in 2374, when he was approached by Intendant Kira Nerys, posing as her mirror universe counterpart Major Kira Nerys, with the intention of entering the cargo bay he was guarding. She asked him if everything was quiet, as she attempted to enter the bay, but he informed her that she couldn't enter without her level 6 authorization code, on account of the new protocol set forth due to the Dominion War. Clearly not having the code, she feigned a pulled muscle and asked if he wouldn't mind massaging her shoulders for her. Playfully threatening to making it an order, he uncomfortably obliged as she commented on him having "such strong hands", wishing "[i]f only we had some warm Somata oil." He replied, "I guess…", and moments later the Intendant elbowed him in the stomach and gave him a hard blow to the back of the neck, knocking him unconscious. She then informed his prone form, "You have a lot to learn about giving a massage," before dragging him into the cargo bay and hiding him behind some large crates. (DS9: "Resurrection")

This Bajoran deputy was played by regular background performer Scott Strozier.
Strozier received no on-screen credit for his Season 4 or Season 5 appearances, but was credited for his only and final DS9 Season 6 appearance as "Security Guard", a role that was originally scripted as a "Starfleet Security Guard".

This Bajoran deputy was portrayed by regular background actor Chuck Shanks.
Shanks was also the stand-in and photo double for Rene Auberjonois (Odo) during the seventh season. As he was only visible in one shot and was standing at the place from which Odo came it is most likely that this was an editing gaffe and Shanks served as photo double for Auberjonois in this scene.

He was on duty on ops when several Skrreean starships came through the wormhole and docked at Deep Space 9. He stopped right behind O'Brien and watched the viewscreen. (DS9: "Sanctuary")

He was working at the master table in Ops when Captain Sisko told Kira Nerys and Worf that Starfleet won't send a sleet to assist in deploying the self-replicating minefield at the entry of the Bajoran wormhole. Later, he was among the Bajoran Militia personnel who boarded a transport to Bajor due to the forthcoming Dominion attack on the station. (DS9: "Call to Arms")

According to a revised call sheet for Wednesday 5 October 1994, Rose was scheduled to appear in ops scenes in the episode "Defiant" but was replaced by Scott Barry.

Carrying some equipment, he passed Chief Miles O'Brien and Doctor Julian Bashir on the Promenade shortly after Akorem Laan arrived aboard the station. Later, he was among the many Bajorans, Starfleet officers, and civilians who gathered on the Promenade in front of the Bajoran temple to listen to Akorem's speech. He was sitting on a bench on the Promenade and talking to a Bajoran woman when he was passed by Chief O'Brien who headed to Quark's. Inside Quark's, he was seated with other Bajorans at a table and shared a drink. He was one of the spectators on the second level of the Promenade when Vedek Imutta was found dead on the Promenade. Later, he had a drink at the bar in Quark's and was passed by O'Brien and Bashir when the two left the holosuite having completed an adventure of the Battle of Britain. (DS9: "Accession")

Talking to a fellow Bajoran officer, he crossed Julian Bashir and Keiko O'Brien on the second level of the Promenade when the two talked about the condition of Miles O'Brien. Later, he had a drink at Quark's and left from the upper level to the dabo table while Worf tried to play darts with Miles O'Brien. He had a conversation with a civilian on the Promenade and then a drink outside of Quark's at the service window when O'Brien attacked and threatened Quark. Carrying a bag, he crossed Miles O'Brien in front of the infirmary after O'Brien shouted at Bashir. (DS9: "Hard Time")

He had a drink at Quark's and passed Quark shortly before the Ferengi told his brother that he will die. Later, he was seated at Quark's and talking to a dabo girl when Quark learned the news Doctor Orpax was wrong and he won't die within the next days. He was also present when Quark broke his contract with Brunt and thus Brunt expelled Quark's from any Ferengi business and Quark had to close his bar. (DS9: "Body Parts")

He was one of the bystanders on the Promenade who watched a suffering and melting Odo making his way from the infirmary to the Defiant. After Odo returned from the Gamma Quadrant, this Bajoran was talking to Ensign Kelly while the two were walking behind Odo and Captain Sisko. (DS9: "Broken Link")
