The Baikonur Cosmodrome, in the nation-state of Kazakhstan (prior to 1990 the Kazakh SSR of the USSR) on Earth was an OCC and Federation shipyard.
On November 27th, 2123, the OCC starship SS Mariposa (NAR-7678) was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder", okudagram)
In 2363, on stardate 40291.7, the SS Tsiolkovsky (NCC-53911) was commissioned at the Baikonur Cosmodrome. (TNG: "The Naked Now", dedication plaque)
In the real world, Sputnik and Vostok 1 were also launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, though this fact was not mentioned on screen in the episodes where they appeared. Also, the SS Botany Bay would either have been launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, or the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in 1996, although its precise Earthside launch point is never specified.
