Ba'ltmasor Syndrome was a disease which required injections once a week.
Klingon exobiologist J'Dan suffered from this disease. When he was stationed aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2367, he would regularly come to sickbay to get his injections, which were administered on at least two occasions by Crewman Simon Tarses. (TNG: "The Drumhead")
