A B'omar patrol ship was a ship used by the B'omar Sovereignty to guard the borders of B'omar space.
When Voyager wanted to pass through B'omar space, several patrol ships pursued Seven of Nine when she crossed over their border sensor grid. The patrol ships were not particularly more advanced, if at all, than the shuttle used by Seven, as she was able to elude them long enough to reach her target, the USS Raven. (VOY: "The Raven")
