The Augment transport shuttle was a transport shuttle used by Human Augments in May 2154.

When a Klingon Bird-of-Prey intercepted the Augment transport shuttle in a region of space known as the Borderland, two Augments were aboard the craft. The shuttle itself had no armaments, its engines were disabled and its life support systems were failing. After the Bird-of-Prey locked on to the shuttle with a tractor beam, the Augment crew was escorted off the craft. (ENT: "Borderland")
