Armus IX was the ninth planet of the Armus planetary system.

On a mission to this planet in the early 2360s, William Riker had to wear a costume decorated with feathers during a diplomatic conference. In 2364, Riker referenced this event in a conversation with Natasha Yar and Deanna Troi in his preparations for his meeting with Beata, the Elected One of Angel I, on the lengths to which he would go to meet local customs. (TNG: "Angel One")
