The Argala habitat aboard the Nyrian biosphere vessel
The Argala habitat was one of the zones found on board a Nyrian biosphere vessel in 2373.
The habitat was inhabited by 154 members of the Argala species. The atmosphere consisted of oxygen and argon, the ambient temperature averaged −20 °C and gravity and pressure were kept at roughly Earth-normal (1 g and 1 atm, respectively).
Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres attempted to escape several Nyrian pursuers by escaping into the Argala habitat.
Kathryn Janeway later located their bio-signs in the habitat and transported them back to the Federation habitat. She later transported Dammar and Rislan to the habitat and made her demands for the return of her ship and the release of the biosphere vessels prisoners. (VOY: "Displaced")
