Annette Helde (born 14 November 1956; age 60) is an actress who appeared in two Star Trek spin-off series and in Star Trek: First Contact. In addition she portrayed a character in the 1996 video game Star Trek: Klingon.
Helde is primarily a stage actress and has appeared in many plays such as MacBeth in 1988 and A Few Good Men between 1989 and 1991, in which she played Lt. Cmdr. Joanne Galloway, a character which was played by Demi Moore in the film version of 1992. She is frequently involved in the Denver Center for Performing Arts in Denver, Colorado.
On-screen she has appeared in films such as Oliver Stone's biopic Nixon (1995, with Paul Sorvino, Tony Plana, Saul Rubinek, and Robert Beltran), the thriller Freeway (1996, with Lorna Raver), the comedy Bean (1997, with Harris Yulin, Larry Drake, and April Grace), and the Academy Award-nominated drama Magnolia (1999, with Henry Gibson, Jim Beaver, and April Grace). She has also appeared in several television series such as David E. Kelley's Chicago Hope (1995, episode Cutting Edges, with Erick Avari), Providence (1999, episodes The Letter and He's Come Undone, alongside Christine Rose and Charles Chun in the latter one), and Family Law (starring Christopher McDonald, Julie Warner, and Salli Elise Richardson).
