Andy Milder (born 16 August 1969; age 54) is an actor who played Ensign Boq'ta in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fifth season episode "Empok Nor" and Nar in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Renaissance Man". Milder also voiced Lieutenant Commander Brex in the game Star Trek: Bridge Commander and Ensign Chell in Star Trek: Elite Force II.

He appeared in the films For the Boys (1991), Apollo 13 (1998) and Armageddon (1998), The Hollywood Sign (2001, featured Dominic Keating). He also lent his voice to The Brave Little Toaster Goes to Mars (1998, with DeForest Kelley). More recently he appeared in Transformers (2007, with Glenn Morshower and W. Morgan Sheppard) and Frost/Nixon (2008, with Antony Acker, Geoffrey Blake, Clint Howard, Ned Vaughn, and Googy Gress).

Milder has also appeared on several television series, including The Wonder Years (which featured Robert Picardo), Dharma & Greg (with Mitchell Ryan), and The West Wing (with both Mitchell Ryan and Robert Picardo). For five seasons, he had a recurring role as Dean Hodes on Weeds (with Michael Harney). He also appeared in episodes of Boston Legal, which starred William Shatner and René Auberjonois.

Other guest spots include Becker (with Terry Farrell, LeVar Burton, and Sara Mornell), G vs E (with Clayton Rohner, Googy Gress, and Ian Abercrombie), NYPD Blue (with Sharon Lawrence, Gordon Clapp, and Raphael Sbarge), Private Practice (with Molly Hagan and Ivar Brogger), Ugly Betty (with Alan Dale, Tony Plana, and Vanessa Williams), Six Feet Under (with James Cromwell, Joanna Cassidy, and Danny Goldring), 7th Heaven (with Stephen Collins and Catherine Hicks), and Parks and Recreation (with Adam Scott).
