Andrew Borba (born 18 February 1959; age 65) is the actor who played the Xindi-Reptilian lieutenant in the Star Trek: Enterprise third season episodes "The Council", "Countdown" and "Zero Hour".

His other television appearances have included a recurring role on The Shield in 2004 (co-starring with fellow Enterprise guest actor Daniel Dae Kim in one episode) and guest-starring roles on Once and Again (starring Susanna Thompson), The Guardian (starring Raphael Sbarge), Alias (with Bill Bolender and Brad Greenquist), 24 (with Glenn Morshower and Mark Rolston), Nip/Tuck (with Famke Janssen), JAG (with David Andrews), Close to Home (starring John Carroll Lynch), and Crossing Jordan (with Miguel Ferrer and Susan Gibney). He also had a recurring role on E-Ring, along with Star Trek: Voyager star Robert Picardo.

Borba has also appeared in a number of made-for-TV movies, including A Bright Shining Lie (1998, with Ed Lauter, Richard Libertini, Harve Presnell, and Kurtwood Smith), Path to War (2002, with Cliff DeYoung, Albert Hall, Bruce McGill, and Randy Oglesby), and Live from Baghdad (2002, also with Bruce McGill, as well as John Carroll Lynch). He also had a supporting role in Nine Lives (2005, featuring K Callan and Lawrence Pressman).
