The Andorian system was an inhabited star system, neighboring the Vulcan system, which contained the inhabited moon Andoria, homeworld of the Andorians. (ENT: "The Andorian Incident", "Kir'Shara"; DS9: "Tears of the Prophets")
In 2154, the Battle of Andoria took place on the outskirts of the Andorian system. (ENT: "Kir'Shara")
According to Star Fleet Medical Reference Manual (citation needed • edit), Star Fleet Technical Manual (citation needed • edit), and The Worlds of the Federation (citation needed • edit), the Andorian system was the Epsilon Indi system. According to the more recent Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 36) and the Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), the system was the Procyon system. This system was located in the Beta Quadrant.
