The Andorian Academy was a prestigious Andorian art school, considered by many to be the best in the United Federation of Planets.
Aspiring Trill artist, Norvo Tigan, the brother of Ezri Tigan, applied to the Andorian Academy in the mid-24th century. According to the Academy's response letter, his work was "amateurish".
