Alture VII was the seventh planet of its star system.
This planet was the setting for a holosuite program at Quark's on station Deep Space 9. In the program, an individual was bathed in a protein bath, then carried off on a cloud of chromal vapor into a meditation chamber. Beverly Crusher was eager to try the program during the USS Enterprise-D's visit to Deep Space 9 in 2369. (TNG: "Birthright, Part I")
