Alture VII was the seventh planet of the Alture system.
This planet was the setting for holosuite program at Quark's on station Deep Space 9. In the program, an indiviudal was bathed in a protein bath, then carried off on a cloud of chromal vapor into a meditation chamber. Beverly Crusher was eager to try the program during the USS Enterprise-D's visit to Deep Space 9 in 2369. (TNG: "Birthright, Part I")
