Orion constellation

Alnitak, the leftmost star in Orion's Belt.

The far left star in Orion's Belt, Alnitak or Zeta Orionis was a star containing at least one inhabited planet. In ca. 2030, a famous novelist from this unnamed planet wrote a classic using the theme "Let me help", recommending those three words even over "I love you." Having traveled back to the year 1930, Captain James Kirk mentioned the classic and pointed this star out to Edith Keeler. (TOS: "The City on the Edge of Forever")

While Kirk only talked about one star, Alnitak is a triple star. Its name was not explicitly mentioned, since Kirk simply pointed to the system and noted its location in the constellation. While we know which star he must have meant, it wasn't clear which nomenclature might be more commonly used, the older usage Alnitak or the constellation catalog name, Zeta Orionis.
