Alexandria Books was a bookstore on Earth owned by Henry Janeway during the late 20th century, and was an establishment that had been in his family for generations.
The store was located in Portage Creek, Indiana, in the United States of America. Its hours of operation were from 9am to 5:30pm.
In 2000, the bookstore was the center of some controversy as Janeway refused to sell the property, single-handedly blocking construction of the Millennium Gate. However, after some convincing from Shannon O'Donnel, Janeway ultimately made the decision to close the store with the promise that O'Donnell would try to find a place for a new bookstore within the Millennium Gate.
