Template:Realworld Alexander Cruz was a grip on Star Trek Nemesis. He later served as the First Company Grip on 2009's Star Trek.[1]
Cruz previously worked as a Best Boy Grip for Star Trek director of photography Dan Mindel on the films Stuck on You and The Skeleton Key. In addition, Star Trek is the fourth film in a row that Cruz has worked on which featured Pasha Lychnikoff, after Charlie Wilson's War (also featuring Cyia Batten, Rachel Nichols, and Faran Tahir), Reservations, and Paramount Pictures' Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
His other film credits as a grip have included Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (which featuring Matt Winston), Holes (featuring Michael Cavanaugh, Eric Pierpoint, Jeff Ricketts, Rick Worthy), and The Big Bounce (featuring Bebe Neuwirth). He also worked on the 1998 TV movie Houdini, which starred Ron Perlman, Paul Sorvino, and David Warner.
