The mention of Aldebaron colony on Elizabeth Dehner's esp profile

The Aldebaron colony was a Federation colony located on Aldebaron III.

Doctor Elizabeth Dehner had been posted on Aldebaron to complete her thesis for the College of Medical Sciences of the Tri-Planetary Academy on the subject of participation in testing and study of beings that harness psionic energy.

She joined the crew of the USS Enterprise when it stopped at the colony in 2265. (TOS: "Where No Man Has Gone Before")

In the first draft script of "Where No Man Has Gone Before", Vega was instead referred to as the location where Dr. Dehner had joined the Enterprise crew. The change to "the Aldebaron colony" was made by the time the final draft of the script was submitted. The name is very similar to Aldebaran. The spelling "Aldebaron" was, however, used in the personnel file medical records shown on Enterprise viewscreens and in the script. The spelling was also used in "Past Tense, Part I", for Aldebaron III.
