Voq

Voq, an albino Klingon

For the infamous criminal, please see The Albino.
"He was born with a rare mutation that made his skin translucent white. The others considered him a freak of nature."

An albino was anyone who had no skin pigmentation or eye color. This trait appeared among such species as Humans and Klingons. (TNG: "Time's Arrow, Part II"; Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country; DS9: "Blood Oath"; DIS: "Battle at the Binary Stars")

In 1893, a newspaper reporter described the outlaw driver of a carriage to Samuel Clemens as an albino, who Clemens recognized instantly as Data. (TNG: "Time's Arrow, Part II")

The Aenar were an albino subspecies of Andorians. (ENT: "United")

In the 23rd century, albinos were not commonly accepted among the Klingon society. Voq was an albino Klingon who was outcast from his Great House, but accepted by T'Kuvma in the House of T'Kuvma. Voq eventually conceived a child with future Chancellor of the Klingon High Council L'Rell, who was also an albino. (DIS: "Battle at the Binary Stars", "Point of Light")

An individual known as "the Albino" was an infamous criminal who launched numerous raids against Klingon colonies in the late 23rd century. (DS9: "Blood Oath")

The Klingon captain Sho'Tokh (β) from the alternate reality comic series Star Trek: Manifest Destiny also has albinism, something seen to be a curse among his people.
