Albert Pass Hall (born 10 November 1937; age 86) is the actor who portrayed Captain Galek Sar in the Star Trek: The Next Generation third season episode "Booby Trap".

Hall played the recurring role of Judge Seymore Walsh in the television series The Practice. He reprised that role in over forty episodes of the hit television series Ally McBeal.
