Adelphous IV was the fourth planet in its star system. In 2367, the USS Enterprise-D was on course to this planet when Data assumed command of the Federation starship at the beginning of the night watch. (TNG: "Data's Day")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 61) and the Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), the Adelphous system was located in the Beta Quadrant. The primary was a K-class star.
