Abram Waterhouse is a costume designer who worked as co-costume designer on latter episodes of the seventh season of Star Trek: The Next Generation and the second season of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He was standing in for costume designer Robert Blackman, who was working on Star Trek Generations.

Waterhouse shared an Emmy Award nomination in the category Outstanding Individual Achievement in Costume Design for a Series with Blackman for their design on The Next Generation's series finale, "All Good Things...", in 1994.

His credits as assistant costume designer include The Temp (1993, with costume supervisor Susie Money), The Scout (1994), The Fantasticks (1995), Dead Man (1995, with Susie Money and Dave Powell), Lord of Illusions (1995, starring Scott Bakula and Famke Janssen), and Ride with the Devil (1999). As Costume Designer, Waterhouse worked on Apollo 11 (1996), the comedy The First to Go (1997), Model Behavior (2000), Blizzard (2003 film)Blizzard (2003) for which he received a Genie Award nomination in the category Best Achievement in Costume Design in 2004, Category 6: Day of Destruction (2004), and The Lookout (2007).

More recently, Waterhouse worked as costume designer on the television series Dexter (2007-2009), Lone Star (2010), and Alphas (2011).
